Grants and Awards

 The BSSS Grants & Awards committee work to support and encourage excellence in soil science.  

Grants

We currently offer three main types of grant, these are Innovation, Field Equipment and Student Conference.  Further details and online application forms are available in the "Grants" tab on the left-hand menu.  From time to time the grants committee will consider requests for funding and sponsorship of meetings and conferences.  Requests for such funding can be made via e-mail to the Society office.

Awards

We current make awards for "Best student in Soil Science" at a number of Further Education Colleges, if you would like us to make an award at your College please contact Kathryn with an outline of your proposal.
